Refund Policy

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Due to the nature of our services, all bookings are considered final once confirmed.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Requests made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.

Once work has commenced on a vehicle, no refunds will be issued.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us on-site so we can address the issue immediately. We aim to resolve any concerns at the time of service rather than through refunds.

Weather conditions, access limitations, or vehicle condition may require rescheduling at our discretion.

Any refunds, if applicable, are issued at our sole discretion.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
