TERMS & CONDITIONS
Services
Contempoire Automotive provides mobile vehicle preparation, detailing, and photography services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation after a quote is agreed.
Bookings & Quotes
All bookings are made following a quote request. Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change depending on vehicle condition, size, or additional requirements identified on arrival.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed prior to the service.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all bookings are considered final once confirmed.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Requests made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
Once work has commenced on a vehicle, no refunds will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us on-site so we can attempt to resolve the issue immediately. We aim to address concerns at the time of service rather than through refunds.
Weather conditions, access limitations, or vehicle condition may require rescheduling at our discretion.
Any refunds, if applicable, are issued at our sole discretion.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Vehicle Condition
Clients must disclose any known issues, heavy soiling, biohazards, or damage prior to the service. Additional charges may apply if the condition differs significantly from what was described.
Photography & Usage
Photographs taken during services may be used for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution, Contempoire Automotive is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Mechanical or electrical issues

Wear and tear

Damage caused by poor vehicle condition
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Weather
Services involving photography are subject to weather conditions. Where rain affects photo quality, a reshoot may be offered at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
